It happened just before 10:00pm on Crescent Street near Stanley Avenue in East New York. Surveillance cameras from a nearby home captured two drivers in some sort of altercation. Then, gunshots rang out as the car involved swerved around the moped. 27-year-old Gurdeep Singh was left to die in the street. A neighbor who gave only her first name saw all the commotion.
