Man found dead after brush fire tears through Brooklyn homeless encampment

A man was found dead early Sunday after a brush fire tore through his Brooklyn homeless encampment, cops said. Firefighters were called to put out the blaze off the Belt Parkway near the Flatbush Ave. exit in Marine Park about 12:20 a.m., cops said.
