A man is dead after shots were fired on Monday morning in Brownsville on a busy street full of businesses. Police said the shooting took place just before 10:30 a.m. at the intersection of Ralph and Sutter Avenues. Witnesses told News 12 that they heard multiple gunshots and that police officers flooded the street in minutes. Law enforcement officials said officers arrived and found a 36-year-old man who was shot in his abdomen. He was taken to Brookdale Hospital where he died.
