Man Charged With Attempted Murder in 36th Street Subway Shoving

The Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office says a man was arraigned on Monday and is facing an attempted murder charge for allegedly shoving another man onto the subway tracks at the 36th Street station. Ivan Negron, 39, who officials say is homeless, allegedly pushed the 35-year-old just before 5:00am on Jan. 18 while he was standing on the southbound R train platform.
