Police say that a 38-year-old man was arrested and charged after a woman who lived in the same building as him was sexually assaulted. Jakhongir Sattorov was charged with rape, assault, obstruction of breathing and criminal mischief. The 59-year-old woman was sexually assaulted Friday night in Bensonhurst, according to investigators. More on this from News 12 Brooklyn.
