Man, 67, Slashed in the Head During Botched Brooklyn Robbery: NYPD

A 67-year-old man was slashed in the head and hand during a failed robbery attempt on a Brooklyn street early Thursday, police said; suspects fled and no arrests have been made.

A 67-year-old man was slashed in the head and hand during a botched robbery on a Brooklyn street early Thursday morning, police said. The victim was attacked by two ski-masked suspects near 17th Avenue and 86th Street just after 1:00am, according to the NYPD. The suspects allegedly slashed the man on the head and face while trying to rob him, police said. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment. More on this from Pix 11.
