Police say an 11-year-old boy is in critical condition after a hit-and-run on Monday in Gravesend. A 25-year-old man who was hit by debris is expected to recover. Police say a black Acura sedan struck the boy near 2183 Ocean Pkwy. around 5:50pm. The Acura fled the scene of the crash and was found abandoned four blocks away at 1801 Ocean Pkwy.
