After spending a long, sleepless night last month searching for his beloved Mini Australian Shepherd, Dwight St. Louis was delighted to learn that someone had found his family's dog and dropped it off at a nearby firehouse.
That was until St. Louis got there and learned that firefighters had given little Rocky away to someone else.
