The shooting happened Sunday just after 5:00am, outside Richard's Restaurant and Bar in Canarsie. Police say the victims, two men and two women between the ages of 38 and 44 were all shot in the leg or arm. Video shows a guy walking up to a group of people in front of the bar on Avenue L. Words were exchanged and roughly 17 seconds later, the suspect pulled a gun and started firing, aiming right at the people in front of the lounge. More on this from ABC 7 Eyewitness News.
