A 32-year-old Flatlands man was charged with murder after a domestic dispute. Police say they were sent to 1886 New York Ave. Thursday night for a wellness check. When they got inside the apartment, they found the woman, now identified as Dahana Jean, 26, with marks on her neck. She was pronounced dead at the scene and her death was ruled a homicide.
