Responding to 21 Pennsylvania Ave. around 11:00am Thursday, officers found 51-year-old Justin Tetro unconscious with head injuries, reported News 12.
EMS pronounced him dead at the scene. The Medical Examiner ruled homicide Friday. Investigation ongoing; no arrests announced.
