Police are now calling the death of a man a homicide, days after he was found unresponsive inside his apartment. The man has been identified as 51-year-old Justin Tetro, who lived at 21 Pennsylvania Ave. in East New York, according to police. Officers were called to the apartment building around 11:04am on Dec. 11 for a wellness check. When they went inside Tetro’s apartment, police say they found him unconscious and unresponsive, with injuries to his head and neck. More on this from News 12 Brooklyn.
