Police are looking for a driver in connection with a hit-and-run in Flatbush. The incident happened on East 19th Street and Church Avenue just after 4:20am on Sunday. A 54-year-old woman was struck by the car and was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County by EMS. She is expected to recover. Residents like Jasmina Srdanovic say it's a chaotic intersection.
