A dispute over a declined payment card ended with two nail salon employees slashed Wednesday night in Crown Heights, according to police and police sources. Police say the violence happened just before 8:40 p.m. at Sunny Nail & Salon, located at 758A Nostrand Ave. According to police, a 50-year-old employee suffered a slash wound to her shoulder. A 53-year-old employee suffered slash wounds to her face, arm and chest. Both women were taken to Kings County Hospital, where police say they are expected to recover.
