Security camera video appears to show a man using a small child in a stroller to get someone to open the door for him at 240 Crown St. in Crown Heights, only so he could steal packages out of the lobby. "I guess it's desperate times around here," reacted Noel Anderson, who lives in the building. Rich, who also lives there, was a little less kind, saying "some people shouldn't have kids, maybe."
