A man was caught on camera jumping onto a parked car and stomping its windshield as neighbors say several vehicles were vandalized across Sheepshead Bay. Surveillance video from Aug. 28 shows a man wearing a dark hoodie climb onto a white car before jumping on the glass. Neighbors counted at least eight damaged vehicles across several streets near East 13th and East 14th streets. Police have confirmed three drivers filed reports. More on this from News 12 Brooklyn.
