Police say a Brownsville man was fatally shot in Far Rockaway, Queens. Lawrence Turner, 24, was shot in the torso and arm just before 7:00pm on Tuesday in front of 289 Beach 14th St. The NYPD says EMS took Turner to St. John's Episcopal Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. No arrests have been made as of Wednesday evening. More on this from News 12 Brooklyn.
