A man was found dead on a Brooklyn sidewalk early Thursday, police said. Authorities found the unconscious man, 61, lying on a blanket on the sidewalk near 112 Watkins St. in Brownsville at around 3:50am, according to the NYPD. The unidentified man was pronounced dead at the scene. The man did not have any obvious injuries, police said. No other information was immediately available.
