A Brooklyn man is not letting the pandemic stop him from opening his restaurant.
Renovations are underway at what will soon be Leland Eating and Drinking House in Prospect Heights. Randi Lee says it is a lifelong dream but has been a challenge because of the coronavirus pandemic.
He says shortly after signing his lease in February, his construction crew had to leave, so he decided to get to work renovating with his fiancée.
