A Brooklyn man has been arrested after assaulting another man in Manorhaven. Nassau police say Fared Fahd Ahmed Alsumairi, 25, was involved in a verbal argument with a 66-year-old man in a parking lot at 152 Shore Rd. The argument escalated and Alsumairi, who was sitting in his vehicle, punched the victim through the vehicle's open window, knocking him to the ground, according to authorities.
