A 22-year-old Brooklyn man accused with attacking two teenage girls in Flatbush is facing several charges. Police arrested Justin Lee on Saturday morning after they say he was involved in two separate incidents on Friday near the intersection of Ocean and Ditmas Avenues. The first incident happened around 1:00pm. Police said a 13-year-old girl was entering her home when Lee followed her into the building, grabbed her by the neck, pushed her and then ran off.
