An 18-year-old woman quickly jumped into action to help an 11-year-old boy after he was shot inside a NYCHA building in Brooklyn Monday night. The shooting happened at the Ocean Hill-Brownsville Houses at 324 Howard Ave. around 11 pm, according to the NYPD. The 11-year-old boy, his older sister and other teenagers were hanging out at a stairwell in the building, possibly playing with a gun when it went off, sources told PIX11 News.
