A man is facing felony assault charges for a brutal attack against a 90-year-old woman in Brighton Beach, according to police. Investigators say Jacob Thomas, 24, stands accused of throwing a large furniture item containing trash at the victim near Brighton Beach Avenue on Aug. 31. The random assault was caught on camera.
