Police announced the arrest of Mayna Cordero Reynaldo, 35, on Monday night. He is charged with rape, two counts of sexual abuse and two counts of forcible touching. The attack occurred shortly after 12:30am on Sunday near Bedford Avenue and Willoughby Avenue, according to investigators.
