Rosanna Lopez Franklin, 53, killed by a hit-and-run driver as she crossed a Brooklyn street, was remembered Friday for her genial nature and ability to connect with everyone.
"She was really an angel on earth," recalled Franklin's daughter two days after the East Flatbush tragedy. "And I know people say those things, when people are mourning they say nice things. But she was really like that. It was hard to even be mad at her."
