An abandoned and neglected dog was rescued from the roof of a church at 1989 Atlantic Ave. It happened on Nov. 8 at around 2:00pm. Police responded to 311 complaints of an abandoned dog on the roof. When police arrived, they found the dog muzzled, chained and without food and water. More on this from News 12 Brooklyn.
