Police are investigating the fatal stabbing of an 85-year-old woman who was found badly injured inside her Bed-Stuy home late Tuesday night. Police say officers were called to a building at 638 Throop Ave. just before 10 p.m. after a 911 call reported that a woman had been stabbed. When officers went inside, sources say they found Julia Boomer, 85, lying on her back with multiple stab and slash wounds. More on this from News 12 Brooklyn.
