Police say a 13-year-old boy was slashed in the face after an argument in Coney Island. They say it happened before 8:15am near Neptune Avenue and West 5th Street. Ibrahim Sehovic says he saw the aftermath. "My first thought was that they were in a fist fight scuffle. Then I saw a kid's face he was leaking he was bleeding all over," said Sehovic.
