A 14-year-old boy was shot in the arm at the Cypress Hills NYCHA housing complex on Wednesday morning, according to the NYPD. The incident happened around 11:57am at 1240 Sutter Ave. Police received a 911 call about an assault in progress. Responding officers located the 14-year-old boy with a gunshot wound in the right arm. More on this from Pix 11.
