MetroPlusHealth has expanded its provider network by adding Tribeca Pediatrics, giving members access to nearly 150 pediatricians across more than 50 locations in New York City and surrounding communities.
The addition makes Tribeca Pediatrics available in-network to all MetroPlusHealth members and increases pediatric care options throughout the city.
Founded in 1994 as a single practice in Lower Manhattan, Tribeca Pediatrics has grown into a network of neighborhood offices serving families in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island.

MetroPlusHealth members can now access a range of pediatric services through the practice, including newborn care, well-child visits, vaccinations, developmental screenings, same-day sick appointments and virtual care.
Tribeca Pediatrics also offers mental health screenings and services designed to address emotional and behavioral concerns among children and adolescents.
The expanded network is expected to improve access to care for families seeking appointments near their homes, schools or workplaces. The practice currently accepts new patients and provides online registration, scheduling and medical records transfer services.
The partnership is part of MetroPlusHealth’s broader effort to expand provider access across its coverage areas. The insurer’s network includes tens of thousands of providers and more than 40 hospitals and urgent care centers.
Among the health systems and providers in the MetroPlusHealth network are NYC Health + Hospitals, NYU Langone Health, Mount Sinai, CityMD, Montefiore, Labcorp, Lenox Hill Radiology and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
The addition of Tribeca Pediatrics further expands pediatric care access for MetroPlusHealth members, including options for same-day appointments, weekend visits and virtual care.
