...Council staffers are the ones answering the phones, drafting bills, writing letters, dealing with advocates from their districts and across the city and pushing their bosses' agendas through the legislative process.
The only people who seem to have forgotten this are the members of the mayor's Quadrennial Advisory Commission and the 51 members of the City Council. To read more, go here.
