Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin on Wednesday announced a new partnership with the New York Liberty, marking the first time Rihanna’s beauty brands have teamed up with a professional women’s basketball team.
“There is no energy and spirit like New York City’s," Rihanna said in a statement. "And the women of the New York Liberty exemplify such beauty, power and strength, so to have Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin become a part of their journey this season is incredible. We’re excited to partner with them to get their game-faces on."

The partnership continues Rihanna’s mission of “Beauty For All,” a core principle since she launched Fenty Beauty in 2017 with an emphasis on diversity, expansive shade ranges and formulas designed for long wear and high-impact results.
The Liberty, who play at Barclays Center, are known for their commitment to representation, authenticity and intentionality both on and off the court. Their fan-favorite mascot, Ellie the Elephant, has become a viral symbol of the team’s vibrant presence in the city.

The team will return to Barclays Center for the first time in a preseason matchup on Friday, May 9 at 7:00pm, ahead of the team's official 2025 season on Saturday, May 17 at 1:00pm.
