The lottery is set at an area median income range of 40 percent for four of the units, 50 percent for another four units and 60 percent for the remaining 33 units. Eligible incomes range between $22,800 and $79,440 for households of one to seven people. A preference (50%) will be given to residents of Brooklyn's Community Board 5.

Interested residents can apply for the housing lottery at NYC Housing Connect website through December 3, 2019.
