On Thursday, May 14, The Museum of Contemporary African Diasporan Arts (MoCADA) celebrated its 15-year anniversary with an inaugural masquerade ball at the Brooklyn Academy of Music.
Mickalene Thomas, Tonya Lewis Lee, Phillip Agnew, Bevy Smith, Jesse Williams, Malike Yoba, Estelle, Rosario Dawson, City Councilwoman Laurie Cumbo and Arnold Lehman were just some of the many big names in attendance.

The biggest stars, however, will always be the residents of Central Brooklyn, which came in full masquerade regalia, representing the borough in the finest fashion.
