A Brooklyn Classic — New Year's Eve Fireworks in Prospect Park
This annual celebration is a free and fun way to ring in 2019 and celebrate the beginning of the park's 152nd year! The event kicks off at 10:30pm with live entertainment and hot refreshments, followed by a dazzling fireworks show at midnight. Best viewing spots include Grand Army Plaza, inside the green space on the West Drive in the park, and along Prospect Park West between Grand Army Plaza and Ninth Street. Organizers ask that you RSVP if you plan to attend.

Rich Medina Presents Home NYE at C'mon Everybody
Always a groovy affair, the legendary Rich Medina returns to C'Mon Everybody for a special edition of his monthly residency "Home." One of the finest DJs in the New York-Philadelphia axis, with deep crates and a fine touch, Medina floats easily across categories, spinning hip-hop, old soul, new soul, house music, Afrobeat and beyond. Dance your way into 2019! Tickets range from $35 to $75 for advanced VIP tickets which get you access to the open bar from 10:00pm - 11:00pm.

New Year's Zen at Sacred Brooklyn
Here's the best alternative in town to spending NYE in a crowded bar bumping elbows with the inebriated without missing hot, sweaty and great company. Join the yogis at Sacred Brooklyn in Bed-Stuy and flow into the New Year with a heart opening practice culminating in camel pose at midnight. For Brooklynites who may not like it as hot, Sacred Brooklyn's Fort Greene studio offers a non-heated, more meditative, reflective vibe class.

Basquiat's Bottle Presents: Best Life -- A New Year's Eve Celebration of You!
Basquiat's Bottle may throw one of the dopest NYE parties. This year's theme "Best Life" encourages Brooklynites to celebrate themselves and their accomplishments in 2018 while setting their intentions for 2019. Accordingly, the organizers ask that partygoers will dress as their best version. There will be dancing, live performance, live drummers, art, cocktails and only great vibes!

Star-Crossed: A Celestial Soirée at Brooklyn Winery
Kiss 2018 goodbye at Brooklyn Winery with Star-Crossed: A Celestial Soirée. Guests will experience four unique environments inspired by the elements of earth, fire, water and air with surprises around every corner. Partygoers can dress to impress in their most festive cocktail attire and raise a glass to the New Year with a 4 1/2 hour open bar — including top-shelf liquor, premium beer, a specialty cocktail created for the evening and, of course, Brooklyn Winery wine, as well as lavish antipasti spreads and passed hors-d'oeuvres. New Year's Eve at Output with John Digweed
Come and dance for one last night before this Brooklyn nightlife staple is closing its doors forever. British house DJ, producer and label head John Digweed will provide the soundtrack for this farewell event, putting both the year and the club to bed. Rising DJ star Tara Brooks will be warming up the crowd, before Digweed will take over the turntables for an extensive set.
In addition to the festivities in the main room, ticket holders will also be granted entry to the adjoining Panther Room. Helming the decks, local party purveyors Risky Business will present their 'At Dusk' techno-focused event with residents DESNA, Chilly Mox and Alex Raouf.

Bed-Vyne Cocktail NYE Celebration
Bed-Stuy's popular neighborhood spot Bed-Vyne Cocktail Bar is always good for a fun time and it won't be any different this NYE. Bring in the New Year with good people, dope DJs spinning dope music and a free champagne toast! Oh, did we mention it's free?

New Year's Non-Stop at Nowadays
Bushwick's Nowadays is ready to kiss 2018 with all of its fun times goodbye.
The festivities will start with a special, communal-dinner-inclusive Planetarium session featuring RVNG boss Matt Werth, Nina BC of Working Women and Planetarium mastermind Justin Carter at 6:00pm. At 10:00pm, they'll switch gears with resident DJs Beta Librae, Duane Harriott, Eamon Harkin, Anthony Naples and Physical Therapy joined by special guests Christy Love, Theo Parrish and D. Tiffany for one massive session between the hi-fi stacks.
There will be tasty snacks from the kitchen to keep partygoers nourished throughout, and there'll be plenty of action out in the backyard, too — the fire pits will be roaring, the outdoor bar will have the hot drinks on lock, the sauna will be in full swing and there'll be an ambient sunrise session in the yurt from Hypnotic Spa and DJ Voices. Welcome the New Year with a Brooklyn Bridge Walking Tour
For a different view on Brooklyn and NYC, why not walk into the new year with a 90-minute guided tour? The Brooklyn Bridge Walking Tour sets off at 10: 30pm and takes participants around the City Hall Park area, including the World Trade Center Grounds, to conclude on the bridge with mesmerizing views of the fireworks displays from Central Park, Staten Island, Brooklyn and New Jersey, complete with a champagne toast at the stroke of midnight!
Of course, you could also just explore the Brooklyn Bridge and the park along the Brooklyn Heights Promenade on your own and not book the tour.

New Year's Eve at Coney Island
Join the party at Coney Island and celebrate with a few thousand of your closest friends!
The 6th annual NYE extravaganza is presented by the Alliance for Coney Island, Luna Park in Coney Island and the Red Apple Group with support from Councilman Treyger and Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams. Starting at 9:00pm, Coney Island's Friday night Fireworks DJ will kick off the party with karaoke, followed by performances from Pricessless band and DJ Dan. Brooklynites also get to ride the B&B Carousell for free until midnight, when spectacular fireworks will greet the new year with a mighty bang.
