The Black Ass Comedy Show is making a high-energy stop in Brooklyn on Friday, June 20, delivering a night of laughter, culture and community.

The national tour, known for spotlighting Black comedians and centering cultural narratives, arrives at 275 Park, fresh off sold-out shows across the country. The event transforms traditional stand-up into a celebration of identity and connection, attracting audiences looking for comedy that reflects their stories.

“We’re not just telling jokes, we’re telling our stories, our way,” said Chris Moncrief, executive producer of Black Ass Comedy Show and Nice Things Events & Entertainment.

Designed with intention, the event offers more than punchlines. It curates inclusive atmospheres, selects culturally resonant venues and brings together a crowd that appreciates unfiltered humor and authentic experiences.

The show caters to Black professionals, creatives and community-minded audiences, featuring a handpicked lineup of comedians from across the U.S. With sharp sets, a lively atmosphere and a focus on Black joy, the event delivers an evening that’s both entertaining and impactful.

“Brooklyn deserves something real, something joyful and something rooted in who we are,” Moncrief said.

Doors open at 7:00pm and the show starts at 8:00pm. Tickets can be purchased here.
