The Brooklyn Army Terminal in Sunset Park will have a full schedule of cultural and community events running from June through September 2025.
The lineup features free movie nights, music festivals, heritage celebrations and food events. Programs are designed to highlight the city’s cultural diversity and to bring families and residents together throughout the summer.
On June 21, the terminal’s Pier 4 will host Mochakk Calling NYC, a ticketed dance music event for ages 18 and over. Headliners include global DJ Mochakk along with DJ Boring, DJ Seinfeld and Lovefoxy.
An Independence Day celebration will occur on July 3 and a Dominican Heritage Celebration on Aug. 9.
Free outdoor screenings by Rooftop Films return to the Ferry Plaza, including Selena y Los Dinos on July 26 and How Deep Is Your Love, a marine documentary, on Aug. 16.
Additional highlights include an IPA-Beer Celebration on Aug. 7, showcasing regional craft breweries and the series will close with a Hispanic Heritage Celebration on Sept. 6.
