On Friday, May 9, at 7:30pm, Ballet Next, in collaboration with Bedford YMCA, will hold its annual benefit performance at BAM Fisher theater.
Ballet Next is a classical ballet company formed by co-artistic directors Michele Wiles, former principal dancer with American Ballet Theater, and Charles Askegard, former principal dancer with New York City Ballet.
Ballet Next offers a progressive environment for collaboration among leading dancers, choreographers and musicians. Proceeds from this evening will support ongoing youth arts education programs produced by BalletNext and the Bedford-Stuyvesant Y.
