A 27-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot at the Broadway Junction subway station on Sunday night, amNY reports.
Police said no arrests have yet been made following the shooting, which occurred around 10:30pm on the platform for the L line at the station.
Police sources told amNY the victim and shooter got into an argument while waiting on the platform for a Canarsie-bound train, when the shooter pulled out a gun and shot the victim in the chest.
The cause of the argument is part of the ongoing investigation, sources said.
The shooter fled the station as officers responded. The victim was rushed to Brookdale Hospital and is reported to be in critical but stable condition.
