On July 6, at around 6:30am, two men who were caught on surveillance video, robbed a victim at gunpoint inside the lobby of 1690 President Street in the confines of the 71 PCT.
The perpetrators both were wearing masks and both displayed black revolvers. After taking the victim's property, they shot the victim once.
