Average Man comic strip is the alter ego of its creator Manny Burgos, "an average Nuyorican who lives and works in Central Brooklyn." Burgos describes his strips as life lessons played out in East New York and surrounding neighborhoods, viewed through a light-hearted and humorous lens.
