Brooklyn diners can enjoy deals at 47 restaurants across the borough over the next five weeks as part of  NYC Restaurant Week.

Big names — including Sea Wolf and Juniors — are two of the almost 530 restaurants citywide that are offering lunches priced at either $21 or $39 and dinners priced at either $21 or $39, aligned to the individual restaurant price points. Lunches and dinners include one entrée and at least one side.

As part of this year's event, an new Signature Dining Experience is being offered at $125, which includes three or more courses and exclusive enhancements for $125. Taxes and gratuity are not included in the price.

Fred Dixon, president and CEO of marketing organization NYC & Company, said the week was taking on new resonance as a celebration of the City's "remarkable and resilient culinary community," and was an opportunity to bring friends and family back together in support.

"We are delighted to invite diners to make plans now to dine out often and experience the diversity of cuisines that make New York City the restaurant capital of the world," Dixon said.

"Accompanied with vibrant open streets and rich cultural activity returning across the five boroughs, the options this summer are endless and the time to visit is now."

The event, sponsored by Mastercard, will run from Monday, July 19through Sunday, August 22, 2021, with eateries able to opt in for one, multiple or all five weeks, and, after 18 months, diners will be invited inside for indoor dining.

Dixon said the new tiered pricing was to get participation from various eateries across all five boroughs, so that diners could enjoy more than 40 distinct cuisines in 75 neighborhoods.

Mastercard cardholders can preregister here to receive a $10 statement credit on each transaction of $39 or more during the event, and they can also go into the draw to win 200,000 American Airlines AAdvantage miles.
