There are various income requirements for the apartments, but the lowest rent for a studio was listed as $465 per month, while the highest rent for a three-bedroom unit was listed as $4,230 a month.

Applications are due by May 28.

Meanwhile, there are 95 studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments available at 1 Park Point, a new building in Windsor Terrace. Located at 11 Ocean Parkway, the building sits on the south end of Prospect Park.
