Housing Lottery Opens For Units in Brighton Beach, Bed-Stuy, Williamsburg

There are three Brooklyn buildings with affordable housing units available via lottery.

The affordable housing lottery for apartment units in Brighton Beach, Bushwick and Williamsburg is currently accepting applications through NYC Housing Connect

There are five units available at 27 Brighton 11th Street Apartments located in Brighton Beach. There are one-, two- and three-bedrooms available in the building with rent ranging from $2,335 to $3,750. This lottery closes on June 10. 

Meanwhile, there are 101 units available at the Williamsburg Apex at the intersection of 255 Lorimer Street and 28 Boerum Street. There will be studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, with rent ranging from $3,105 to $3,963. The application period for this lottery ends on July 12.

At 1510 Broadway in Bedford-Stuyvesant, there will be 90 apartment units available. Rent will range from $486 to $2,664 on studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. This lottery ends on July 18.
