Adrian Grenier, the lead in HBO's "Entourage," was spotted checking out a a 3,200-square-foot commercial garage, located at 28 Putnam Avenue in Clinton Hill, reported The Real Deal.
The owner is asking $2.29 million, a dramatic jump in price after initially being offered for $1.85 million only three months ago in October, according to StreetEasy.
The property, big and spacious enough to be converted into a restaurant, is attached to carriage house that was built in the 19th century.
"This could be our biggest corner property in all of Clinton Hill," said Douglas Elliman's Kathleen Perkins.
