The affordable housing lottery for 69 Adams Street in DUMBO is now open.
There will be 70 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments available for those making $105,223 (one person) to $198,250 (five people). The monthly rent ranges from $3,069 to $3,835, according to NYC Housing Connect.
There may be extra fees applied for the use of the building’s amenities, including on-site parking, a gymnasium, a yoga dance studio, a recreation room, outdoor areas, a rooftop terrace, on site resident manager, and exclusive private storage spaces.
Applications are due May 24, 2024.
