The 300 Halsey Street Block Association in Bed-Stuy turns 74 yrs old this month, and to celebrate this milestone occasion, it will hold a commemorative gathering with a special citation presented by City Councilmember Robert Cornegy.
"We believe that 70+ years as a block association in Bedford- Stuyvesant is a great civic achievement and we are excited to pay homage," wrote one of its board members.
