The Bed-Stuy Film Festival (BSFF) will be extending its contemporary display of art and cinema, to November 23!

After its original release running from October 23-25, GoodGirl PR is so excited to be announcing an encore of these breathtaking contributions to the cinematic world.

Nickie Robinson, founder of BSFF, wants to expand the use of this platform to continue to uplift the voices of young filmmakers. Amidst a global pandemic and extreme political unrest, these oppressed perspectives need to be preserved as much as possible.

Established in 2017, the Bed-Stuy Film Festival ("BSFF") showcases films from diverse perspectives. Founded by Nickie Robinson, this nonprofit organization not only seeks to increase the exposure of filmmakers from diverse backgrounds, but also is committed to spotlighting new voices and views, especially local ones, from a variety of cultural, gender, racial, and age perspectives.

BSFF will still be streamed through black owned digital platform, VR VIP LIVE, where this year's theme of social justice, community, sex, and love will be extended throughout November. We are so proud to be able to shed light on these narratives for one more month. Be sure to register for the encore at Bedstuyfilmfestival.com

The Bed-Stuy Film Festival (BSFF) believes in the power of storytelling and the importance of connecting, especially during these uncertain times in our country and the world. This year's roster explores themes of social justice, community, sex, and love.

The Bed-Stuy Film Festival is proud to present the following films for its 2020 program:

CYCLES (directed by Katherine Murray-Satchell)

CIRCUIT (directed by Armie Hicks Jr.)

A SMALLER WORLD (directed by Xan Black)

LOSING PACE (directed by Naomi Soneye-Thomas)

THE LOST VILLAGE (directed by Kaelo Iyizoba)
