A two-day vintage market will take place at Brooklyn Roots Collective in East Williamsburg on Sept. 6 - 7, a celebration of fashion, food and community.
The Thx, It’s Thrifted Day-to-Night Vintage Market kicks off on Saturday with an afternoon shopping session from 1:00pm to 6:00pm, followed by an evening party from 8:00pm to midnight. The market, at 100 Scott Ave., returns on Sunday from noon to 5:00pm.
With more than 70 vintage vendors in the mix, guests can browse racks of curated clothing, discover one-of-a-kind statement pieces and shop home goods and collectibles.
“We created Thx Its Thrifted’s Day to Night Market because we found there was a gap in the NYC vintage market space," Nik Pollina, the creator of the event said in a statement. "There are a ton of new markets happening in the city, but only for the truest vintage and luxury lovers. There wasn’t a space you could bring your friends, hang out, and introduce new people to vintage and shopping secondhand."
The event also doubles as a neighborhood hangout, complete with a photo booth, plant-based bites from Secret Vegan Kitchen and more, plus garden-to-glass cocktails crafted by the Brooklyn Roots Collective bar team.
Brooklyn Roots Collective is a 20,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor space blends urban farming, secondhand fashion markets, vegan dining and live entertainment. By day, the venue operates as a marketplace featuring curated vendors in vintage and upcycled fashion, zero-waste goods and local art, alongside plant-based bites from rotating chefs, food trucks and pop-up kitchens.
Whether you’re hunting for rare vintage finds, hoping to connect with fellow creatives, or just down to vibe in one of Brooklyn’s most dynamic new spaces, the market offers something for everyone.
