This year marks 50 years since Häagen-Dazs Shops first opened in Brooklyn, and the company is marking the anniversary with a limited-time dessert created in partnership with Supermoon Bakehouse. The Ube, Vanilla & Cornflake Cookie Dazzler will be available Oct. 15-25 at 10 select Häagen-Dazs Shops locations in Brooklyn and Manhattan.

The Dazzler combines Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream with three Supermoon Bakehouse creations: Ube Glaze, crumbled Honey Roasted Cornflake, Macadamia & White Chocolate Cookie and Honey Joy Cluster. It is topped with whipped cream, and additional Honey Joy Cluster and Ube Glaze.

The dessert will be available through Oct. 25 at three Brooklyn locations: 120 Montague St., 180 Smith St. and 109 Seventh Ave.

The flavor will also be available at seven locations in Manhattan, including shops on Broadway, Sixth Avenue, Seventh Avenue, Amsterdam Avenue and Second Avenue, as well as the Westfield World Trade Center.

The anniversary celebration will take place Oct. 15 at the Häagen-Dazs Shops location at 120 Montague St. in Brooklyn. The first 50 guests in line will be able to purchase a Dazzler for 50 cents and receive anniversary gifts.

The limited-time collaboration gives New Yorkers an opportunity to mark Häagen-Dazs’ 50 years in Brooklyn with a dessert that combines its vanilla ice cream with Supermoon Bakehouse’s flavors and ingredients. The Dazzler will be available only at the participating locations during the Oct. 15-25 run.
